Key for Heart Health Soft Exercise

Must be the physical activity to protect the heart and blood vessels-  This was the most common phrase in almost all scientific speeches criticize American Cardiology Congress held recently in Texas, where it was announced that only 20% of heart patients exercised sufficiently. For some patients with "clogged" arteries of the heart, the gentle but regular exercise gives better results than surgery 'balloon' (angioplasty). see the benefits joey atlas scam http://health.revieweds.com/truth-about-cellulite-review/

Cardiologists American after the announcement of their new study, say that all their fellow doctors should try harder to convince their patients to exercise than to take drugs or to do surgery. "It's hard to convince people to exercise instead of undergoing angioplasty, but it is much better to exercise," explains a cardiologist at a clinic in Carolina.

Addition through study finds that 90% of heart patients who did systematically cycling were exempt from heart problems one year after the start of the exercise program. Among patients who had undergone angioplasty, only 70% had the same improvement one year after surgery. Angioplasty opens only one point of blockage in the vessels, explained the Researcher Medical School of Harvard University, a spokesman for the American College of Cardiology.

Exercise does more than fix a small problem. A Professor of Health Sciences at the American University and the representative of the American Society of Cardiology found that two thirds of patients awaiting angioplasty probably had better benefits from regular exercise.
